Noah Centineo, the heartbreaker from All the Boys, had his tonsils surgically removed last Friday after suffering ‘seven years’ of chronic tonsillitis and sore throat.

The Miami-born 24-year-old gave his 18 million Instagram followers a good look down his throat before and after the swollen lymphoid organs were removed.

Noah clearly experienced sympathy by telling several screenshots of himself looking abandoned after his hospital visit.

Centineo and a guy then indulged in ‘just ice’ to soothe his sore throat.

Last Wednesday, the former Disney Channel star revealed the moment he knew he was famous when five fans showed up to greet him in the baggage claim of JFK airport after watching his flight.

“It scared the shit out of me!” Noah told GQ before adding that they are now friends.
