Thomas Tuchel told talkSPORT he had a Christmas but now wants to be Chelsea boss and manager in the Premier League.
Tuchel replaced Frank Lampard at the Stamford Bridge Hot Theater this week and oversaw his first game Wednesday night just 48 hours after joining.

The German was only sacked by Paris Saint-Germain in December, but wasted no time in taking a new post at Chelsea.
Tuchel followed in conversation with talkSPORT after Chelsea’s 0-0 draw against Wolves: “The league itself [excites me], and the club and this league are incredible.
Job-wise I had a beautiful Christmas, and suddenly it feels like I found the best gift and forgot the best gift under the Christmas tree and it’s there.
“It is a dream to be with the best teams and best coaches in the competition; this is what you dream about and if it becomes a reality, it’s a wonderful feeling.
‘Overall I doubted it would happen and then it was Chelsea and the Premier League suddenly in the last 72 hours.
“I felt I could not pass up this possibility because I would regret it for the rest of my coaching life.

‘Of course, with all due respect to Frank Lampard’s legacy and work here, it was the possibility … and in the end there was no doubt to jump on it, because the combination and mix in the team personality, experience and intellect which is great to work with. ”
Asked if he had any doubts about taking over club legend Lampard, Tuchel added: “I definitely have a lot of respect and the club has made this decision and has nothing to do with me. I got the chance and that’s it. ”
Tuchel’s debut was hardly a classic, as the game with Wolves at Stamford Bridge ended in a stalemate.
Chelsea had a lot of possession and passed the ball more than 800 times, but could not get the important breakthrough.
But Tuchel was more than happy with his first impressions on his part.
He added: “I was very happy and at the same time impressed with the intensity of my team. I was very happy with the energy and the attitude, and I learned today that the guys are reliable.
‘They were absolutely focused from yesterday’s practice, a one – hour tactical session and today, during the two talks, I could see everything out there on the field.
‘High recovery in the last third and I learned that we have a very good mix in the group, a high quality group that is ready to play as a group and [it was] a totally reliable show.

‘I’m very happy about it and everywhere you do not score points on the field, you can not win.
“Scoring is the hardest thing and against a team that defends as well as Wolves, you may need half a chance, a bit or luck, a starting button to make things easier, but there is currently no room for no doubt. “
Tuchel also admitted that he had to limit the amount of information he gave to his players in such a short time to work with them.
He said: ‘You must always be selective, as less is more. The team talked in training yesterday about certain things that were offensive and defensive, that were very open and absolutely ready to fulfill what was needed.
‘It was a very good achievement and you want to give a lot of information all the time, but less is more.
“Structurally and intensely – I was very happy.”
