This powerful Assassin’s Creed Valhalla weapon is hidden in a heap of magical rocks • Eurogamer.net

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players have discovered a secret powerful weapon hidden in a heap of rocks. Well. Kind of.

The Secret Nodens’ Isu Arc bow unlocks for players who have repeatedly hit a small mound of rocks near Brunson Turret in Northumbria. In the lake in the north there is a small island and there you will find the rock ore pile you need.

YouTuber JorRaptor guides you through the steps here (thanks, Kotaku) and it has now been verified by a number of players:

Hit the rocks a few times – you will notice that it does not break like others – and save and then reload your game. Rinse and repeat until you load to find that the rock pile is now broken, and the Arc Hunter Bow from Nodens should appear on the side of the screen.

Whether it’s intentional or not remains to be seen (I do not suspect it), if you want to be, you should go there now and grab it before Ubisoft patches it.

ICYMI, Ubisoft recently released a major bug squashing update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The 1.1.1 update of the game is light on new features, but difficult to fix, with dozens of common issues being crossed.

Among those who noticed Tom in a quick scan through his very long patch notes are solutions to the mistake many people experienced, who saw that they were permanently trapped in their Halloween-like Mari Lwyd disguise, even after they completed the search. The performance of Ubisoft Connect has also been determined and should unlock correctly the next time you perform any performance-related action beyond the unlock state.

Next up for Valhalla is a new river attack mode and leveling system for your Jomsvikings, which will arrive in February.
