These businesses in the Houston area stay open during the winter storm

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) – If you still want to pick up food or supplies, there are a few shops and businesses still open Monday amid the winter weather.

You are advised to be careful when on the roads, and only drive to these stores if necessary.

HEB

HEB President Scott McClelland said all stores in Houston are open except in Meyerland. All other shops will be open from 12:00 to 17:00

Kroger

The location at Holcombe will remain open until 18:00

Central market

The location on Westheimer and Weslayan remains open until 17:00

Walmart

Several stores across Texas have closed due to the weather.

Cane’s Raising

The location on Westheimer near Hillcroft remains open. Long queues were reported.

Burger King

Some locations remain open. Long queues were seen at lunchtime at the store’s driveway.
