There’s a Pokémon news event tomorrow at 10:00

This is the 25th anniversary of the Pokémon game series, and its creators have news to celebrate the occasion. The Pokémon Company announced a virtual “Pokémon Presents” event on February 26 at 10:00 p.m. It does not offer much clue as to what to expect, but there should be 20 minutes of new information. You can tune in to YouTube.

Unofficial expectations run high. As Nintendo Life notes, Pokémon Center and French tipster Kelios have both heard that there may be remakes of the DS classic Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. If accurate, it will be closer to the original of 2006 than the Let’s go titles were around Yellow.

Of course, these are not the only candidates for news. The company may unveil a new mobile game or shed more light on the upcoming release such as New Pokémon Snap and Pokémon united. You can also get news about bindings like the Detective Pikachu 2 Movie. It could be a full event, even if Pokémon Day (which includes a digital performance by Post Malone) takes place one day later.
