Popular YouTube personality and tech artist ZHC recently bought the largest PS5 in the world to customize on its channel, and it’s actually working.
The PlayStation 5 it was hard to come by, but one lucky YouTuber just bought the biggest PS5 in the world for a hefty amount of money – and even painted it to get started. Sony’s latest console is already a sample of a machine in its standard size, with a height of 15.4 inches and a weight of £ 9.9 making it the largest PlayStation system to date.
In fact, the PS5 is so large that it has even led to the overall shortage of supply in the UK due to factors such as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the plague of online scalpers using bots to pick up units as fast as retailers can list it. According to Sony engineers, the PS5’s record size is due to the more powerful cooling fan needed to keep the system’s current technology functional. However, the average PS5 has nothing on the huge model who recently made the rounds online.
As reported by GamesRadar Earlier today, popular YouTube artist and tech adapter ZHC recently bought the world’s largest PlayStation 5 for around $ 70,000. This massive machine stands at 10 feet and weighs 500 pounds – and oddly enough, it actually works as a game console with an equally large DualSense controller to go along with it. Of course, ZHC went straight to work adapting its giant PS5 on Youtube, spending 100 hours painting its matte white face panels in a beautiful space and ocean-themed murals to a panel of its friends and display fellow Internet personalities.
So far, the PlayStation 5 has had an extremely successful debut, despite gamers still struggling to get their hands on the popular console. That knocked out the rival Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch in launch sales in November.
