The unveiled medium computer requirements include radiation detection specifications

The Medium gives us a look at what computer players need for next generation games.

Bloober team se The medium is launched in less than ten days. Soon, gamers will be jumping across platforms from their seats for fear of the reality-shifting game. However, some information that Bloober is releasing today is more important for those who want to play the game on their computer. A complete, detailed list of computer requirements for The medium has been released, and it shows exactly what players need to have in their gear before setting the game on fire against any quality.

Before keeping these specifications in mind, it is important to keep in mind. First, these specifications are measured in different resolutions for the game, but one consistent 30 fps format. If you want to achieve 60 fps or higher, you probably need to have a slightly more expensive build than listed.

To run the game at its minimum settings, players will need something that is not that impressive. With a GTX 1650 Super or AMC R9 390X you play at 1080p. You also need an Intel Core i5 6600 or any AMD Ryzen 5 processor. It is also the only quality level with which players have only 8 GB of RAM available. Everything going forward requires a full 16 GB package.

The medium computer requirements

At recommended settings, things start to get a little hot. Players need a GTX 1660 Super or AMD RX 5600 XT 6GB to play the game at 1080p. While this is not the biggest leap in GPU power, the demand for raw processing capabilities jumps quite significantly. For each quality above the minimum, The medium requires an Intel Core i5 9600 or i7 9700, or if you work with AMD, a Ryzen 7 3700X.

Switching to ultra-settings, things start to get really demanding. However, keep in mind that these requirements for The medium is for play at 30fps at 4K. Bloober Team recommends an RTX 2080 8GB or RTX 3060 TI, or an AMD RX 6800 16GB. However, once you get into a jet lag area, the requirements on the Nvidia side become much more demanding. If you try to play The medium at 1440p with jet tracking you need at least an RTX 3060 TI or RTX 2080 8GB. If you want to try everything at maximum and want 4K on ray detection, you obviously need Nvidia’s RTX 3080.

No matter what quality you play the game, or if you play with ray tracing, the specifications The medium claims that it will only take up 50 GB of space. That said, you will probably want to save the game on an SSD for faster loading times. The medium will be released on January 28 on PC, PS5 and the Xbox Series X | S launched.
