Migration Reform Plan Approved by President Joe Biden Includes a truck to the city for the mayor of the 11 million undocumented immigrants who lives in the country.

The regulation includes three phases:

  • Phase 1. Eligible immigrants may apply for temporary residence for a period of five years;
  • Phase 2. At the end of this period, access to the permanent legal residence (LPR), also known as green card (Groenkaart); y
  • Phase 3. Three years have passed since the receipt of the LPR qualifier to transfer the citizenship by naturalization.

The initiative calls for undocumented young people to enter the country as early as 16 years old and to be known as dreamers, TPS (‘Temporary Protection Status’) titles and shortcuts to agricultural workers immediately acceded to the ‘Green Card’ and three more years of caliphate for naturalization.

But not all the undocumented that live in the caliphate to regularize their permanencies. The bill, which is in the hands of both members of the Congressional Chamber of Deputies, warns that foreign parties without papers who have failed and have made certain decisions will not receive the benefits of the plan.
