Mauricio Pochettino’s appointment as the new Paris Saint-Germain coach has sparked rumors about the league 1 team’s intention to put together a superstar series.
Sergio Ramos and Lionel Messi have emerged as potential transfer targets as their contracts will come to an end in June and neither of the two LaLiga Santander stars has agreed to renew yet.
According to The Sun, Pochettino also has sights on his former Tottenham players Dele Alli and Hugo Lloris.
Must PSG succeeding in catching up with all of the above transfer targets, they will succeed in putting together one of the most astonishing starting line-ups in Europe.
If they continue with these signatures, their start-XI may consist of Hugo Lloris, Colin Dagba, Marquinhos, Sergio Ramos, Mitchel Bakker, Marco Verratti, Idrissa Gueye or Leandro Paredes, Dele Alli or Angel di Maria, Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
PSG has already offered several players for sale to raise 60 million euros to balance their books and further strengthen their group next summer.
If they succeed in getting players like Messi, Ramos and Lloris, they will be considered the key frontrunners to win the 2021/22 Champions League trophy.
