The strangest wrestlers in the history of the company

WWE has not been shy in the past to create a colorful cast of characters, but sometimes wrestlers get personas that were beyond the pale in the strange paths they followed. From killer sausages to wrestlers named “Booger” to more than a few “chicken-themed grills”, we thought we’d take the opportunity to break down some of the craziest wrestlers to get past in the past. to turn up the organization.

Recently, the professional wrestler, Lars Sullivan, came up with an original design that he would debut in the “Brilliant Behemoth”, a character who is more like Mr. Hyde looks, looks like anything else we’ve seen before. Although Lars is no longer part of the WWE that left the world of wrestling, we think there will be many more crazy wrestlers coming down on the pike.

Who do you think is the craziest wrestler to ever appear in WWE history? Who is the current craziest wrestler in the organization? Feel free to let us know in the comments or hit me up directly on Twitter @EVComedy to tell all about comics, anime and the world of professional wrestling.

Gobbledy Gooker

In one of the strangest ideas in the history of WWE, the Gobbledy Gooker was promoted as a mysterious part of the Survival Series, which comes from an egg and does a gout in the square circle. Although he was not originally offered as a wrestler, he became on the last one Survival Series it saw him hilariously become the 24/7 champion after a surprise attack on R Truth. An ironic bit of story about this strange creature is that the Undertaker appears in the same Survival Series that it did.

Rooi Haan

If you thought there was only one wrestler on the chicken in the stables of World Wrestling Entertainment, you would be wrong. Terry Taylor got a strange look that again described him as the “Red Rooster”, and not only gave him a new outfit and hairstyle, but also changed his manners and movements to reflect that of the wild bird. . Needless to say, the Red Rooster was not a timeless character in WWE history, but he is certainly remarkable.

The Bushwhackers

I dare you to imagine how the Bushwhackers appear in the WWE today, with their usual modus operandi of licking a large portion of the audience they would come in contact with as they rush to the ring. In the past of World Wrestling Entertainment, there have been some bizarre wrestlers linked to other countries, with the Bushwhackers being linked to New Zealand, and other wrestlers like The Mountie and the “Wild Samoans” making bizarre appearances. Needless to say, the Bushwhackers are perhaps the most popular wrestlers you will see on this list.

Bastion Booger

At one point, the WWE asked themselves, “What if we create a gimmick for a wrestler who made him the most disgusting person?” Enter Bastion Booger. In addition to using movements that those who watch it will earn, Mike Shaw will enter the ring with one of the strangest theme songs you can imagine, which you can see above. Ironically, his previous persona in the WWE was perhaps just as strange as he was portrayed as a ‘Mad Monk’, known as the ‘Friar’.

The Repo Man

Barry Allen Darsow was actually Smash from the popular WWE brand team, known as Demolition, but also slapped on a mask and would penetrate the ring by sneaking him off and stealing what he could as the “Repo Man”. One of the weirdest ideas, when it comes to these bizarre personas, was the idea that they accidentally fell into the wrestling match, with the Repo Man apparently a thief similar to McDonald’s Hamburglar, who happened to be a wrestler to help get him more and more material possessions.

The Warlord

Terry Szopinski during his heyday as part of World Wrestling Entertainment, then the World Wrestling Federation, was an animal of a wrestler, and was muscular for a time when brawlers were known for their giant muscles in the 1980s. What made the Warlord so strange was his ring dress which would be a Mad Max style, semi-metal mask on his face, with a cane with a giant W. While some wrestlers like Van Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow leave their strange appearance work, the Warlord was strange to be merely strange.

Doink Die Nar

Matt Osborn’s ploy as an evil wrestler is strange enough in itself, but the character’s long life is almost as strange. Doink the Clown was not only a trademark of the WWE, but also made an appearance in Extreme Championship Wrestling. Doink did not take a page from the Joker in his ominousness, but rather carried the command during his matches and hampered it during his ring access.
