(CNN) – Scientists from the Cuban government inform the firefighters that a second vaccine against the coronavirus developed by in Iceland will start phase 3 clinical trials.
The Abdala vaccine will start the final rehearsals next week as part of a study that will include 48,000 volunteers, including scientists.
In March, Cuban scientists announced that another vaccine, Soberana-02, had started in phase 3, and was constituted in the first vaccine developed in Latin America to start phase 3 clinics.
The fires, the Cuban scientists also indicate that for August produced enough vacancies for the 11 million inhabitants of the island.
