The sale of a $ 122.7 million mansion on Palm Beach Beach sets a Florida record

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. A beachfront mansion in Palm Beach has set a new sales record in Palm Beach County and Florida.

WPTV obtained a Palm Beach County warranty deed showing a sale was finalized Wednesday.

Although the fully furnished property at an initial price of $ 140 million, Real Estate Agent in New York Ryan Serhant, representing the buyer, told WPTV that the final closing price was $ 122.7 million.

The property was one of three hacked from a 6.26-acre estate that former President Donald Trump sold in 2008. according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

Serhant, who recently published a book “Big Money Energy,” would not announce the buyer by name, but the New York Post reported that the buyer was New York financier Scott Shleifer. Serhant would not confirm or deny that the buyer paid cash.

The deed mentions the sale as a transaction between a few limited liability companies.

Serhant said his company, which handles home sales worldwide, handed over the property to the buyer listed by Lawrence A. Moens Associates.
