Mustard said his team and the Russo Brothers, whose latest film is Tom Holland star Cherry, worked together to not only write the first film, but also a large part of the character set-up in Chapter 2, Season 6 , has yet to be revealed, “according to Variety.
This is not the first time the directorial duo has worked with Epic Games. They brought Thanos into play as a Fortnite x Avengers: Infinity War crossover event. The crossover took place after the Russo Brothers reached out directly to Epic.
“Over the last few months, while we’ve been modifying the Infinity War, we’m taking a breather to jump in and tackle some games,” said Joe Russo. “And then we started thinking, ‘How cool would it be to have some kind of Avengers-Fortnite mashup?’ [Mustard]. “Watch the movie preview of the Russo Brothers-focused Zero Crisis and then watch this game from the single-player Zero Crisis finale event.
