This outdoor season was about the quarterback position for the Chicago Bears. They were involved in almost every quarterly trade or rumor mill, but nothing related to them.
But Chicago’s interest in trading Russell Seaters, Seattle Seahawks, is something that has caught fire over the last few weeks, and there is a strong belief that if he traded with Wilson, he would end up with the Bears.
Chicago has made Seattle clear that they are interested in trading for Wilson. But while the Seahawks listened to the calls, they did not exactly involve teams like the Bears, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
According to Rapoport, it does not sound like we want to be close to trading Wilson now.
“Where we are,” he said, “it does not look like anything is at hand.”

Wilson has named the Bears as one of four potential trading destinations, but the Seahawks must be willing to handle their franchise quarter. And while there has been tension between Wilson and head coach Pete Carroll, it’s hard to imagine them separating.
That is, the absolute sample of an offer that allows them to eat $ 39 million in dead money and move to the 2021 season without a quarterback has been ruled out.
“As for us, several Seattle teams called about him, including the Chicago Bears,” Rapoport said. ‘If Russell Wilson were to be traded, you would think Chicago would be in the mix. They currently do not have a starting quarter for 2021. They explore all options, so it makes sense.
“No one I spoke to said that Seattle had actually had any of these conversations before. They do not appear to have actively negotiated a trade for Russell Wilson. They listened, but they did not repay. ”
With the re-signing of Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys, the Las Vegas Raiders seem to be committed to ending Derek Carr and the New Orleans Saints’ expansion of Jameis Winston, which will bring Wilson’s preferred lineup to one team: the Bears .
If Seattle plans to trade with Wilson – and take advantage of a desperate Chicago team, time is running out.
