The researchers are studying the best way to focus on personal well-being all over the world

MADRID, 20 Abr. (EUROPE PRESS) –

Investigators from the Institute of Medical and Health Investigations of the South of Australia (SAHMRI, by its seal in English) at the University of Flinders delivered to the mayor the method of studying studies on the welfare of the world to respond to the question which is the best way to promote personal well-being.

The analysis included more than 400 clinical essays with more than 50,000 participants. The investigators divide the persons into three principal groups: the ones who have good health in general, the ones who are physical nurses and the ones who are mentally ill.

Discover that it is possible to increase the wealth of all individuals, but Joep van Agteren, co-director of the Center for Housing and Resilience of SAHMRI, states that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. “During periods of stress and incoherence in our lives, proactive training in our mental health is critical to help mitigate the risk of mental illness and physics – explains Van Agteren -. Our research suggests that there are many psychologists people need to experiment to determine what works for them “.

The practice of full attention, mediating techniques such as meditation and conscious respiration, has been effective in increasing well-being in the three groups.

Positive psychological interventions, like working out the meaning of the proposal, accomplish small bonding acts and leave a gratuity record, effective results, but only when combined form, but individually.

Cognitive-conductive therapy (TCC) is beneficial for many mental illnesses, while acceptance and compromise therapy (TAC) is more useful for women who want good health in general.

The co-author, Matthew Iasiello, of the SAHMRI, states that all interventions have in common the need for a constant and prolonged practice in order to be effective in the majority of welfare.

“Trying to have one or two times is not enough to have a mediocre impact. Regardless of the method that is being tested, it is necessary to maintain it during weeks and months in order to have a real effect,” says Iasiello.

Professor Michael Kyrios, of the Flora Institute for Mental Health and Welfare at the University of Flinders, states that the study demonstrates that, in addition to looking for professional help when it is anxious, there are many practical practices that people can take to increase their the problems of mental health.

“The practice of these interventions can lead to the formation of a secure form for the individuals on their behalf or in a group format, they are in person or online – the professor Kyrios says -. Thus, a potentially profitable complement of derivation vials and current treatment methods “.

The investigators believe that these results show the need for a change of tactics in the form in which society is taking over the lives of people, living with no mental illness.

“We must take seriously all the benefits and insurances that we take the necessary resources to improve mental and physical health, in a way that we can prevent future complications and maintain sanitary costs,” warned Professor Kyrios.

The investigators, who are part of a new collaboration laboratory between SAHMRI and Flinders, the ‘Be Well Innovation Lab’, will continue with the meta-analysis this year to amplify the tests and ensure that they are updated.

The data were used to form the basis of the ‘Plan Be Well’, a welfare program that is being implemented in person and is being worked on by an application, has recently been tested in more than a million miles, and can be accessed online.
