Mass Effect: Legendary Edition listed by retailers in Singapore and Indonesia on March 12
While BioWare was rasterized Mass effect trilogy is still officially announced in the spring of 2021, some retailers point to a release date of March 12 for the three-in-one Mass Effect: Legendary Edition.
The retailer GS Shop has a promotional tweet with the March date, while another, Shopitree, contains the same information on the list for the game. Retail listings are far from the final verdict on the release dates for video games, but in this case Eurogamer understands ‘that the above date is currently accurate.’
With that said, Mass Effect: Legendary Edition there are earlier rumors that it would be released last October, and there are no guarantees that EA’s release plans will not change again. It can backfire very well.
By the end of it, I plan to make time for the trilogy, no matter when it finally comes out – I was waiting for a good reason to play again Mass effect for years, and I think that’s it. BioWare is updating the textures, shadows, models, effects and technical features for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, and Legendary issue will have “forward compatibility and targeted enhancements” on Xbox Series X and PS5.
I wonder how crunchy Mass effect 1 will be after all this time. 2007 feels like always.
