Division 2 developer Massive Entertainment wants to fix the game’s recent graphics release this week on PlayStation 5. For those who are out of the career, the loot shooter lacks an important visual feature when played on PS5 through backwards compatibility. More specifically, there is a complete lack of volumetric lighting, which makes the game look a bit flat.
Fortunately, it sounds like the problem needs to be fixed very soon. Section 2 will run for three hours on February 16, providing a solution to the lack of volumetric lighting on PS5.
