The most interesting EVs of 2021: Tesla Cybertruck, Hummer, Rivian, Lucid

2021 is going to be a very big year for electric vehicles. Car buying experts at Edmunds expect U.S. sales to grow to 2.5 percent from 1.9 percent by 2020. This is thanks to more options and growing interest from interested consumers.

It is expected that nearly three dozen motor vehicles of 21 car brands will be on sale this year, compared to 17 vehicles of 12 brands in 2020. This is especially the first year that all three major vehicle categories are represented: there will be 11 electric cars. sedan, 13 SUVs and six pickups in 2021, while last year there were only 10 cars and seven SUVs available.

We thought we would show seven different motor vehicles this year and talk about what they tell us where we are going in the future – for the car industry, for the climate and for everyone we need to explore. After all, it would not be a Edge video if we are not talking about the future.
