With the aim of conquering more and enabling the people benefiting from Artificial Intelligence to have medicine and health, the Merck Health Foundation has presented these jewels with the Artificial Intelligence monopoly on the health camp. In a digital format, the Merck Salud Foundation, the mano of its president, Carmen González-Madrid, and five of its leaders -Federico de Montalvo, Jaime del Barrio, Julio Lorca and Jesús García-Foncillas-, presented this monograph that look for the value of the interdisciplinary character of the IA and its transversality, in addition to the importance of “its application to advance a new medicine 5P: more preventive, participatory, personalized, predictive and public”.
On the ethical issues of Artificial Intelligence, Federico de Montalvo stated that “it is necessary to reflect on the use of machines in the media that can help human beings to apply them”. Asimismo, de Montalvo recalculated the legal instruments of the Spanish frontier system of the IA and called it “the precautionary principle that allows medical and sanitary professionals to act both in time and in knowing the risks”, affirma.
The second of the topics covered in the presentation of the monograph ‘Artificial Intelligence in the Camp of Health’ is in line with the implantation of IA implants in the national health system.
