The Masters: Tommy Fleetwood hits memorable hole-in-one

In the most famous area, the Englishman made a dramatic hole-in-one on the par-three Thursday to shoot him on the leaderboard at Augusta.

As he traveled across the pond and avoided the bunkers around the green, Fleetwood’s ball carefully analyzed all obstacles to bounce a few times before finding the hole.

Fleetwood, who shot to the forefront after his friendship with Francesco Molinari during the Ryder Cup, had an enlightened look on his face as he raised his arms in celebration in sync with the fans as he watched his ball fall.

This is his second successive tournament with an ashes to world no. 24, also scored one at the WGC Match Play event.

And it’s becoming an expensive habit for the 30-year-old, because it’s a tradition for any golfer to hit a hole-in-one to buy a drink for all his teammates.

He also gets the commemorative crystal vase handed out for the achievement on the Masters that he will be able to keep forever.
