‘The Masked Dancer’ revealed the identity of another dancer on Wednesday night, with none other than Elizabeth Smart, the surviving activist.

“The Masked Dancer” – a spinoff of “The Masked Singer” – is a reality show where celebrities and stars compete in costumes in a dance competition.
What is happening?
On Wednesday night, the play-off matches for Group B were presented. It was revealed that Smart is the moth after not defeating her opponents in the dance round.
Why it matters
Most celebrities introduced on ‘The Masked Singer’ or ‘The Masked Dancer’ were singers, athletes, YouTube stars and actors. Meanwhile, Smart became an activist for survivors of abuse after she was abducted from her bedroom in 2002.
Why did she do that?
Smart told host Craig Robinson that she took part in the show to have fun.
- ‘My grandmother passed away very recently, but she had so much fun. She never let a moment pass by her. And when this opportunity came, I thought, ‘I’m living a very serious life, and I’m going to take this opportunity and just have fun,’ ‘Smart said.
- “It was probably the scariest thing I ever did voluntarily,” Smart said. “But it was a lot of fun. I mean, how often can someone say that he works with a whole team of people every day, like five people working there to help you be the best. “
Judge Brian Austin Green, who was the only one to correctly assess the moth’s identity, praised Smart for her courage.
- ‘I can only say that you, for what you have dealt with in your life, have been an inspiration to so many people and that you have done so much good with a very difficult situation, and we need more people like you planet. Thank you.”
