“The Lambs were Screaming”: Super Bowl Spot for the sequel “Clarice” ends the silence [Video]

CBS takes you back to 1993, a year after the events of The silence of the lambs, with brand new sequels “Clarice, ”Which goes to CBS and CBS All Access next week.

The series premieres on Thursday 11 February at 10 / 9c, and CBS aired a few TV spots for the series tonight during the Super Bowl. Most notable is the show’s official Super Bowl ad, titled “Try to Save the Lamb” and reminds us of Clarice Starling’s past experience with screaming lambs. Rebecca Rasse (“Pretty Little Liars”) will star as Clarice Starling. The previously announced cast also includes Michael Cudlitz like Paul Krendler, Lucca de Oliveira like Thomas Esquivel, Kal Penn like Shaan Tripathi, Nick Sandow as agent Clarke, Devyn Tyler such as Ardelia Mapp and Marnee Timmerman as The silence of the lambs character Catherine Martin.

“Clarice takes place in 1993, a year after the events of The Silence of the Lambs. The series is a deep dive into the countless personal story of Clarice Starling as she returns to the field to chase down serial killers and sexual predators as she navigates the political world of Washington, DC. ‘
