A substitute teacher working at a primary school in Georgia is being charged with 19 counts of child abuse on Friday for her arrest, local authorities said.

Amelia Ressler, 30, was arrested after staff members at Mt. Zion Primary School has been involved in allegations of misconduct involving ‘indecent and immoral acts in the presence of school-going children’, the Carroll County Sheriff said in a statement. The school is near Carrollton, about 54 miles west of Atlanta.

Investigators have obtained photos and videos of Ressler masturbating in front of a second-degree classroom, Carroll County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Ashley Hulsey told NBC News.

She said authorities in the week-long process maintained with the 19 children who were in the classroom during the alleged incident. According to Hulsey, extra costs can be added based on these interviews.

Sheriff and Carroll County Schools officials were in contact with the district attorney’s office, Hulsey said.
