The front wing has a Special Zone of Development

The Senate of the Republic converts to the project that creates the Special Zone of Integral Frontier Development and an Incentive Regime for 30 years, which benefits its provinces from this demarcation.

The legislative initiative exemplifies that the companies established in the Pedernales, Independencia, Elías Pina, Dajabón, Montecristi, Santiago Rodríguez and Bahoruco provinces, benefited from a series of incentives for the development, in all areas, of these areas.

The initiative was declared an emergency by a motion passed by Senator Faride Raful, spokesman for the Bloc of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), and seconded by the spokesman for the Puerb del Pueblo (FP) bank, Dionis Sánchez.

In the new legislative piece, which will be amended on Ley 28-01, there will be modifications that will be made to all interested parties, including those that are listed: “Products, goods and services developed by the right companies to present them commercialized in all the national territory ”.

To approve the approval of the piece, the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, met on Saturday, February 6, with legislators from his party and the opposition, as well as first-level officials, to agree on the project.

The frontier incentives took place in Antigua on 28-01, which took place in the first week of February, and produced a confrontation between Alfredo Pacheco, President of the Chamber of Deputies and Faride Raful, Vice-President of the Modern Revolutionary Party in the Senate of the Republic.

At the meeting to attend this consensus, the President and the previous legislators, the President of the Senate, Eduardo Estrella; the Minister of Economy, Miguel Ceara Hatton; Jochi Vicente, of Hacienda; director of Internal Taxes, Luis Valdez and Dionis Sánchez, voice of Fuerza del Pueblo en el Senado and José Bertico Santana, president of the commission of the Hacienda de la Cámara de Diputados.
