The Eurocamera declares the European Union zone of freedom LGTBIQ

The European Parliament responded by declaring the European Union (EU) a zone of freedom for the LGTBIQ people in a symbolic gesture in front of the attacks of the Polish governors and Hungarians on the rights of this collective.

The declaration, which has the support of the European Commission, pays 492 votes in favor, 141 against and 46 abstentions when two years have passed since Poland declared the first “LGTBIQ ideology free zone”.

The Eurocamara appreciates that these “free zones of LGBTIQ” are only a part of the “increase in discrimination and attacks” that the sovereign collective in Poland, promoted “by the public authorities and the media of the government”. And this is also the “deterrent of the situation in Hungary”.

In addition, the Eurodiputates will join the Commission and will have more to do with the violations of the collective bargaining rights in the EU using “all the herramentas”, as well as infringement procedures or the recent rules of procedure adopted by the Protection.

In the debate of ayer, miercoles, the majority of the groups will show their support for the media.

The European Commissioner of Igualdad, Helena Dalli, denounced during the debate that in “some countries members of the LGTIBQ community are being attacked by politicians, religious leaders and other public figures” and celebrated the Eurocamera proposal.

“The European Parliament will not tolerate the treacherous rhetoric directed against millions of people whose only wish is to form a family,” said Pierre Karleskind, Liberal and author of the European Parliament.

Mientras, membros de los grupos Identidad y Democracia (que acoge a la Agrupación Nacional de Marine Le Pen ya Alternativa por Alemania) y los Conservadores y Reformistas Europos (donde están tanto Vox como el partido de gobierno polaco, Ley y Justicia) mostraron publicly to the text which includes the tildaron of “ridiculous”.

The declaration was approved by a new episode of the actions that the EU has promoted before the “LGTBIfobas” legislation that Poland and Hungary implemented in their respective countries.

Last November, the Commission presented a roadmap to combat LGTBI discrimination in the EU between 2020 and 2025, based on four pillars: to strengthen the legal mark against collective discrimination, to guarantee its security, to reduce cross-border law the LGTBIQ families and impulse to the UE as a collective of the world level.

Asimismo, the Executive Executive announced that it will expand the list of deeds of the European Union to collect audio deeds against the persons LGTBIQ.

DOS AÑOS DE LA PRIMERA ZONA ANTI LGTBIQ EN LA UE

Since March 2019, more than one region in Poland has adopted resolutions declaring “free zones of ideology LGTBIQ” explicitly supported by the governor of the country.

The European Union explicitly responded to this action to reject the recent July grant of economic aid to its six anti-LGBTIQ political municipalities.

Also in Hungary, the city of Nagykáta adopted a resolution banning the “diffusion and promotion of LGBTI propaganda”.

However, the most controversial point is in the constitutional amendment approved in December by the Hungarian Parliament on the exclusion of all homosexual couples from the right of adoption and indicating the definition of sex consecrated in birth, breaking the existence.
