The Concacaf announced that from 2023-2024, the Champions League at the club level will have a new format.
If a phase of regionalized groups is disputed as part of a renovation of the tournament, the goal as an objective will be to boost club football throughout the Confederation.
The new phase of groups will be discussed in each year and will include four groups of North American, Central American and Caribbean clubs.

Norteamericanos Clubs
