The CBS All Access app appears to be experiencing issues as users tried to watch Super Bowl LV on Sunday. Users have reported that they ‘encountered an error message while reading the app’ technical issues’ and that ‘an error occurred’.
Down Detector showed an increase in complaints for CBS All Access around 6pm ET on Sunday. Numerous users have complained on Twitter that they cannot see the game at all.
Todd Spangler from Variety reported shortly after 7pm ET that CBS had told subscribers that the issues had been resolved and that the app would be restarted.
CBS All Access crashed right around # SuperBowl kick-off time, it now tells subscribers: “The technical issues reported with the service have been resolved. Please restart your CBS All Access app and you can now return to the stream.”
