If you are looking for a fitness tracker that will carry you much like a smartwatch without the extra amount, the Fitbit Charge 4 may be the perfect fit. It marks all the subjects in terms of health and fitness features, and goes even beyond the basics with knowledge like heart rate zone notifications during exercise and advanced sleep detection statistics. It also has a built-in GPS to track outdoor workouts, regardless of your phone. If you want to keep track of your data, you want to download the Fitbit app, which you do very well to determine how much progress you have made and how close you are to achieving your fitness goal. If you are looking for a fitness band that is even more discreet (and cheaper), you can also consider the Fitbit Inspire 2.. You won’t get the built-in GPS or mobile payment options, but it has the most important when it comes to health and fitness, including heart rate tracking, automatic workout tracking and a detailed analysis of sleep trackers with Fitbit Premium (free for a year with the purchase)
It’s also the closest thing to jewelry with a screen I’ve worn so far. If you want to wear it, the silicone sports straps can easily be exchanged for a leather or stainless steel mesh strap (sold separately). But the biggest advantage: the battery life. For less than $ 40, the Mi Band 4 is the best fitness tracker you can buy. This fitness watch contains most of the features you can get in a more expensive fitness tracker, such as an AMOLED touch screen that is easy to see in sunlight, 24/7 heartbeat and sleep tracking. The battery life is also unmatched, as you will use about two and a half weeks before you need to charge. The only thing this cheap fitness tracker misses is the variety of workouts; This Xiaomi Mi Band can only detect running, walking, cycling or swimming, and therefore any other workout such as Pilates or yoga should be followed up under the generic type of “exercise”. I know what you’re thinking: this is not a tracker. But even if you remove all its smartwatch features, the Apple Watch will still hold its own as a standalone fitness tracker. And the cheaper Series 3 has everything you need. It not only monitors your health and activities like the rest of the trackers on this list; it also gives you access to dozens of fitness programs, ranging from running trainers to strength training routines to guide you through your workouts.
