A star in the hit TLC show 90 Day Fiance says his ex-girlfriend is financially in a better place thanks to him and the show.
Ed Brown (55) – known as ‘Big Ed’ – says that his Filipino ex Rose Vega (24) is now ‘in a better financial situation’ because of their relationship and started in an interview with People magazine about it.
When he first met his younger potential wife online, he traveled to her home in the Philippines to put her in court before things went south.

Despite being apart, Big Ed said Rose was very successful thanks to him and the fame the program offered them.
‘She’s in a better financial situation, and that’s because of our encounter than she could have ever imagined. She is very successful with her online business. She is doing modeling work, she added a second story to her sister’s house, ‘he says.
The couple are virtually reunited at the 90 Day Bares All, where he addressed the shortcomings that caused their relationship to break up and eventually be rectified.

On the show, he lied about his height of 4’11 before meeting her, said she slept by asking her to get an SOS test, and even remarked directly about her personal hygiene and told her that she have hairy legs and bad breath.
While there, he also walked in public to her family’s living quarters – he crowed over their makeshift roof, roamed cattle freely, and the presence of rats in the shower.
Ed admitted: ‘What was great about it was that I had to be completely with Rose. And I have to apologize. And I’m kind of forgiven for saying they both decided to go on.
He admitted that her previous resentment towards him was valid, but above all she is flourishing now and that was the most important.
