As basic as it is, this vegetable-packed side heats up quickly and tastes great! On top of that, it only has 4 grams of net carbs per serving. You can evaporate it and eat it with a little butter, or make a delicious cauliflower puree. I like to put it in a food processor along with butter, garlic and milk or sour cream to get it nicely creamy. This is the perfect combination of low carbs for any main course, and you will not even miss the potatoes!

Fremont Fish Market Jumbo EZ Peel Raw Shrimp

These frozen shrimp are such a great option with low calories and low carbs in your freezer. It takes about 10 minutes to thaw under cold running water, and you can use it in a fresh scampi with zoodles, boil it and serve it with cocktail sauce, toss it in a stir fry or make shrimp tacos with the Fit & Active Low. Fit & active low carb tortillas

I am often skeptical about low-carb bread. In my opinion, it’s hard to find one that tastes good, and I would rather just use lettuce or not eat bread at all. That said, I have tried these tortillas and they are excellent. On top of that, they only have 4 grams of net carbs per serving, so this is perfect for a lower carb diet.

L’Oven fresh keto-friendly wheat or buttered bread

While it’s about the subject of bread, the L’Oven Fresh Keto Friendly bread is another example of low-carb and yet delicious. It is light and fluffy, and also contains 0 grams of net carbohydrates (9 grams of carbohydrates and 9 grams of fiber). Pretty amazing, right?

Simms Beef Biltong in Original

If you like beef, you should try this beef biltong. When I first saw it, I just assumed it was similar to jerky. In a way it is, but the process is a little different. Both jerky and biltong are dried out and salt cured, but biltong is also thicker and cured with vinegar rather than smoked. It gives biltong a slightly different taste, but similarities in texture as jerky. Although it is an excellent option for low carbs, it contains more sodium, so you may want to limit the portion size or monitor your salt intake for the rest of the day.
