A vaccine passport is a record of the health data related to the coronavirus pandemic, including if the vaccine has been given a negative dose for the virus that causes it.
Indian media reports that some countries are demanding that the visitors prove that they have been evacuated. Gov. Abbott’s spokesman urges state agencies or political subdivisions to create a “vacancy passport” requirement to receive service.
The order also seeks to ensure that organizations receiving public funding require consumers to document the status of the vacancy to receive any service or to enter any location.
