Tesla
In addition to the updated Model S sedan, Tesla unveiled the Model X Plaid on Wednesday, with serious power and a completely revamped interior.
Thanks to the three-engine setup, the Model X Plaid delivers no less than 1,020 horsepower. It comes standard with ‘carbon sleeve’ brake rotors, four-wheel drive and torque vectors for better handling. Tesla says the Model X Plaid can accelerate to 60 km / h in 2.5 seconds and reach 163 km / h. These are good improvements over the Model X Long Range, which takes 3.8 seconds to reach 60 mph and has a top speed of 155 mph. However, the long distance still has the, uh, longest distance, with an estimated 360 miles. The Plaid meanwhile cuts it down to an still impressive 340 miles.

The Model X Plaid gets the same major interior overhaul as the Model S, with a steering wheel that is actually no longer a wheel. The new, 17-inch central touchscreen also makes a turn in the Model X, with 10 teraflops of processing power and endless opportunities for distraction.
Outside, the Model X gets some subtle styling adjustments, including a smoother front end and a restored rear diffuser. New 20- and 22-inch wheels are also offered.
According to Tesla’s configurator, the first Model X Plaid deliveries are expected in April. The Plaid costs $ 119,990 before any tax incentives, which is a $ 30,000 increase over the long haul.
