Tesla goes all out to build cars in tents with GA 4.5.

In the early stages of the Tesla Model 3 (also known as “Production Hell”), the Big T thought the best way to increase production numbers would be to build a big oil tent at the Fremont factory and manufactures vehicles therein. That tent was called GA 4. We, understandably, made jokes about it, but for his part, Tesla continued with the whole tent thing as a solution to space constraints in Fremont.
This brings us to a report published by Teslarati on Friday that Tesla is making a new tent, officially known as GA 4.5, permanent. Not permanently like that it turns into a building, but permanently because it will be used indefinitely to build cars and that their utilities will be installed in the ground there.
Of course, it’s easy to have fun at Tesla building cars in a tent recent memories and warnings of the Chinese government, as well as low scores in JD Power’s reliability study show, let’s question its build quality.
