Tesla is working on Apple and Amazon Music integration in the car

Tesla is working on adding Apple Music and Amazon Music as new native music services in its electric vehicles.

While most other carmakers with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay go to phone mirrors to handle media playback in their cars, Tesla insists on integrating music services into its own user interface.

For years, the automaker has integrated various music streaming services into its vehicles with programs built into the center screens.

The best known is that Tesla has integrated Spotify into its vehicles.

Recently, CEO Elon Musk said that Tesla Tidal would add to its integrated music services, and now we are hearing that the carmaker is also working on the integration of Apple Music and Amazon Music.

There is no way to know the timing of the integration, but Green noted that the Number is apparently the furthest in development.

With more media sources coming to Tesla vehicles, the automaker recently released a new software update that allows drivers to hide media sources.

Now you can simply go to the settings and display only media sources that you actually use in the main UI.

This feature will be especially useful if Tesla eventually doubles the number of music services that can be connected to their vehicles, which turns out to be.
