Josh Heupel was appointed Tennessee’s head coach on January 27.
Heupel comes to Tennessee after becoming a first head coach at UCF and setting a 2018-8 record of 2018-20.
He was previously the sole offensive coordinator in Missouri (2016-17) and Utah State (2015).
As a player, Heupel was Oklahoma’s starting quarterback during the Sooners’ national championship season in 2000.
