Telegram app thrives, but advertisers need – and soon $ 700 million

Telegram is driving high and is adding ten million million users this year. Now the bill will be payable.

Mr. Durov launched Telegram in late 2013 with his brother, Nikolai, a few months before being pushed out of the UK, the Russian social media platform he founded.
