Teenager arrested in NYC attack on SUV in broad daylight

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the wild Tuesday attack on a BMW driver whose flashy car was vandalized by a bicycle gang in broad daylight in Manhattan, the Post has learned.

The Queens teenager – who has not been identified as a minor – is charged as a juvenile after allegedly attacking victim Max Torgovnick’s luxury ride in Fifth Avenue.

According to the sources, about 25 motorcyclists are involved, six of whom damaged Torgovnick’s car. Police have also identified another teenager and are looking for him, the sources added.
