With the integration of the new lawyers: Eunisis Vásquez Acosta, María del Carmen Santana de Cabrera, José Alejandro Vargas and Manuel Ulises Bonelly Vega, who will be jailed this coming March, the register of the Constitutional Tribunal (TC) will run with 10 men.
Vásquez Acosta y Santana de Cabrera, joins Alba Luisa Beard Marcos as the female representative of TC.
The four figures of the court, escorting the past five years by the National Council of Magistrates (CNM), assisting Wilson Ramirez, Katia Miguelina Jimenez, Hermogenes Acosta de los Santos and Ana Isabel Bonilla, who will finalize his period this month.
The lawyers joined the other new members of the TC to complete the group of 13 that established the Ley núm. 137-11 in Chapter II, Article 10.

As such, the juveniles of the Constitutional Tribunal must carry out the preventive control of international treaties before their ratification by the legislative body and the conflicts of competence between the public powers, in the instance of one of its titles.
