Taylor Swift’s BFF shares photo of singer giving finger 2020

“Never see you 2020!” Taylor Swift playfully sees the finger in a setback shared by her BFF as they celebrate the new year

Taylor Swift said 2020 was ‘strange’ because she was looking forward to a brighter 2021.

But her friend Claire Winter Kislinger took a sharper farewell to a cursed Polaroid style from her pop star girlfriend early on January 1st.

Pictured is Taylor, 31, pointing her middle finger at the camera, which her friend used to take down the turbulent past year.

“Never See You 2020,” she captioned the image, which was apparently a throwback from the singer, who wore a purple striped dress with shiny sequined sequins.

She looked over the shoulder of a man with his arm around her, though it was not clear if it was her boyfriend Joe Alwyn.

Claire, who is a jewelry designer, has regularly attended Taylor’s performances in the past and even accompanied her friend to awards.

At the 2018 American Music Awards, Taylor’s boyfriend Joe was not present, but her friend Claire received a special call from the stage.

Taylor’s own New Year’s Eve post was a little weirder than her girlfriends.

She shared an image of herself in a pink button-up top while wearing a thick brown bear jacket, with her face out of the bear’s mouth.

“By 2020, it was weird,” she wrote in the photo.

The photo sends some of her fans searching for hidden meanings on social media, and some speculate that she is referring to the disturbing finale of the horror film Midsummer, in which a man is buried in a bear carcass.

Taylor’s message comes days after her surprise album Evermore reached the Billboard 200 series for the second consecutive week.

The album was released on December 11 with little warning to her surprise-released album Folklore from July.

Earlier in December, Taylor explained to Zane Lowe that the sibling albums got their inspiration and moods from the seasons.

“One thing I wanted to do with Folklore is that I should represent spring and summer. And when I made Evermore, I knew I wanted to fill in the rest of the seasons of the year and reflect late fall and winter, ‘she said.
