Swift is re-recording her music, which was released from 2006 to 2014, after her entire Big Machine Label Group catalog – allegedly without her permission or knowledge – was sold to Scooter Braun in 2019.
The albums included in Taylor’s seemingly hijacked music catalog are Taylor Swift (2006), Fearless (2008), Speak Now (2010), Red (2012) and the ever-popular 1989 (2014).

In July last year, Taylor surprised her fans by dropping an entire album without any notice, titled Folklore, which became the soundtrack for many people’s quarantines.
Just six months later, Swift decided to do the whole “surprise” shipment from scratch by releasing Evermore, another full-length album, to her unsuspecting fans.
“This woman!” start a tweet. ‘folklore and evermore’s brother is on his way ?? she does with all her re-recordings ?? a long dam ever session? ‘
The last part of the Swift fan’s tweet refers to Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions, which premieres at Disney + at the end of November.

ANOTHER album? Aside from the possible re-recordings that have come their way, some fans of the Cruel Summer singer have suggested that she might release another album.

Evermore LIVE? Some fans were hoping Swift would release a Long Pond Studio Sessions concert film for Evermore, as she did with her eighth studio album Folklore.
Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions was a concert film quarantined under strict COVID-19 protocols, showing Taylor performing her favorite tracks from Folklore for the first time.
Her fellow musicians and collaborators Aaron Dessner, Jack Antonoff and Justin Vernon, who were also part of Evermore’s creation, joined her.
Fan will no doubt be very excited to see some of their favorite Evermore hits performed acoustically by Swift and her musical team.
Despite their good guesses, Swift fans will have to wait until Thursday morning for the big unveiling.
