Taylor Greene slams ‘liars’ in the media, ‘weak politicians’ after America First Caucus licks

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-G. wash. language – but Taylor Greene said it was a concept she had not read.

“Thursday I buried my dad and held my mom’s hand when we said goodbye,” she said. On Friday, the sick and evil post in the media attacked me with phrases I never said or wrote.

MCCARTHY QUESTIONS OUTLY REBUKS OF GOP CAUCUS PLATFORM PROMOTING ‘ANGLO-SAXON POLITICAL TRADITIONS’

“They have put out a draft proposal from staff members that I have not yet read from a group outside.

Punchbowl News reported for the first time the document, in which the caucus says it will “follow in the footsteps of President Trump, possibly stepping on some toes and sacrificing sacred cows for the good of the American nation.”

The platform calls for increased spending on infrastructure, against electoral fraud, the removal of power from the federal government, a suppression of Big Tech, a tighter immigration system, a cut in foreign aid and an end to closures.

But it upset Democrats and some Republicans when it said “America is a nation with a border and a culture, strengthened by a common respect for unique Anglo – Saxon political traditions.”

In terms of infrastructure, the group also promotes buildings with ‘architectural, engineering and aesthetic value that fit the descendants of European architecture.’

While a number of Democrats and the media have criticized the document, calling Punchbowl a “naked nativist”, it also drew criticism from GOP House leader Kevin McCarthy, who tweeted that GOP was not built on ” identity, race, or religion ‘and is “the party of Lincoln and the party of more opportunities for all Americans – not the nativist dog whistles.”

Taylor Greene has pushed back the criticism, citing previous allegations (which she denies) that she believes lasers cause wildfires in California.

“The scum and liars in the media call me a racist by taking something out of context. It’s just a repeat of ‘Jewish space lasers.’ Another term I never used, and the media made up, she said.

It seems that she also took criticism from her side of the political path.

“The hyenas in the media are terrified. So are the Democrats. And so are the weak politicians who float around, just where the wind blows,” she said.

As for the caucus, she said she has plans “to drive President Trump’s America First agenda with my congressional colleagues, but we will not allow the media or anyone else to drive the narrative.”

Rep. Lou-Gohmert, R-Texas, told reporters he was “looking forward” to joining the America First caucus. When asked about references to the “Anglo-Saxon” influence, he said he did not see it.
