In continuation of the Odebrecht case, the Special Prosecution Service of the Administrative Corruption (Pepca) will be incorporating documentary evidence regarding the financial information of the employees of the accused Víctor Díaz Rúa. At the hearing, the Public Ministry incorporated the works of Jisselle Del Carmen Paulino Cáceres, testimony number 11 of the indictment, various documentary evidence and against the impeachment of Díaz Rúa, among those financial transactions presumably made irregularly by it.
Among the proofs are the accounting period, the financial information, from May 30, 2018, realized on the banked products of the taxpayer, such as the nominee of the Ministry of Public Works and the National Institute of Potatoes and Alcantariladas (INAAPA). , where Díaz Rúa directed both institutions of the State.
The Public Ministry ensures that with the incorporation of financial informants of the Superintendence of Banks, it will be demonstrated that the companies of Díaz Rúa, eran used in the circulation cycle of active assets to measure the money, managing sums.
From his side, the defense of Díaz Rúa, encapsulated by the lawyer Miguel Valerio, states that what is being incorporated into the tribunal is the campaign documents of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), which the witness declared the case week that the machine does not have to carry out accounts to elicit the financial information of its customer.
