The Supreme Court has dictated a car in which it admits an appeal by the General Council of Nursing, in order to study various legal standards with a view to determining “what the corresponding sanitary profession is, in the ambit of the Aesthetic Medicine, the planning and application of treatments and interventions, whether in the profession of dentist or in the profession of nursing ”.
The laws will be repealed in 2017, when, by means of a resolution, the corporate body will agree to determine certain aspects of professional self-employment in the pursuit of health aesthetics and prevention of health care. Indeed, the General Council of the Superior Colleges of Dentists and Stomatologists of Spain has intervened in a contentious administrative dispute against this resolution, which was estimated.
According to the organization of dentists, the “Real Decree 1277/2003 with Annex IU48, regulates the Aesthetic Medicine and, moreover, with a standard of autonomous medicine (Catalan, cantabra and Castellano-manchega) apricot that all impress with a responsible medicine”. Against the estimate of the resource, the nursing institution presents a new resource of casing.
The General Board of Nursing argues that “the correspondence with the Governor Estlecer the titles of specialists in health and the Annex I of RD 183/2008 does not include the Medicinal Aesthetics as a Specialty of Medicine, because the doctors can perform many services specialty. In this sense, the ambiguity of the body-aesthetic considerations and the prevention of the road is a specific professional regulation framework ”.
