Success Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk take 3-year-old to Russian lessons

Bradley Cooper puts the ‘da’ in Dada.

We are told that the ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ actor and ex Irina Shayk arrange such a sociable supervision that they both take their three-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine, to a specialist school in the Financial District every Thursday where they take classes in the Russian language of Shayk.

The school promises’ from an early age a complete immersion in the Russian language and culture by creating fun learning experiences’ to ‘anyone interested in preserving their heritage [or] to add a new cultural experience. ”

Shayk was born as Yemanzhelinsk in the USSR – now in the west of Russia – but moved to the United States around 2007 when her modeling career began when she became the first Russian to appear on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

Cooper and Shayk – who met in 2015 – had Lea in 2017, but split in 2019.
According to TMZ, they reached a custody agreement in January that required them both to live in New York City in order to stay with their parents, although Cooper had previously spent much of his time in Los Angeles. The website said they would split legal and physical custody 50/50, “although it varies from month to month with work schedules.”

TMZ also said they do not have a formal, written custody agreement. “They are so in tune with fellow parents, they do not feel the need to remember it,” he said.

The model recently told Elle magazine that Cooper is ‘the most wonderful father’ and insists that, despite the split, they are still ‘parents’ to Lea, rather than ‘co-parents’.

“I never understood the term co-parenting,” Shayk told the magazine. “If I’m with my daughter, I’m 100 percent a mother, and if she’s with her father, he’s 100 percent her father. . Co-parenting is parenting. ”

A rep for Cooper did not get us back, and a rep for Shayk could not be reached.
