Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic can become a miniseries.

A dedicated Star Wars fan of Unreal Cinema is recreating the popular video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic as a miniseries. “I am currently working on a Knights of the Old Republic Mini-series based on Unreal Engine’s virtual production capabilities, “reads the caption.” The first step is to create a trailer range as proof of concept before we start working on the full range. “

The concept trailer is a first look at the realistic 3D animation created by 3D artists Scott Anderson, Aden Martin, Matt Currie and 3D character designer AlexPo. The trailer displays environmental and landscape designs for Korriban and other planets, as well as modeling and animation for Sith fighters. The trailer also features animation for the Ebon Hawk, as well as character and lightsaber design for Darth Revan.

Originally released in 2003, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is an RPG developed by BioWare that takes place 4000 years before the creation of the Galactic Empire. The game allowed players to make choices that would affect their experience in the game, and, most importantly, whether they would join the Light of Dark Side of the Force.

Knights of the Old Republic turns 20 in July 2023, with one fan even launching a petition from Change.org asking Disney and EA for a 20th anniversary of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic for next generation consoles like Xbox Series X, PS5 and PC. Recently, a new rumor suggested that a mystery studio would develop a remake for the game’s 20th anniversary, although the rumors have not been confirmed.
