SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – Springfield’s City Utilities and Liberty Utilities are working on more casting across its rosters.
City Utilities rotates two divisions simultaneously. The rolling eclipse can take an hour. Report the interruption if it lasts longer. The power outages will continue until further notice. Representatives of the CU say they will try to determine a pattern for which area is next. The power outages will occur every half hour.
Meanwhile, Liberty Utility customers may be affected by required controlled service interruptions. The service provider says if additional service interruptions are required, it will interrupt the service in blocks throughout their electrical system.
Power outages can last up to one hour for each block. Liberty asks customers to prepare in advance.
