Spiritfarer: Three free updates with four new adorable spirits arriving in 2021

Thunder Lotus Games has released Spirtfarer’s 2021 development plan, which includes three free updates, four new beautiful spirits, and more. 2021

This update will bring quality of life improvements and an improved cooperative system with a brand new UI and cooperative fishing. Stella also gets a little more story content.“As Stella becomes more familiar with the work of Spiritfaring, she begins to uncover some of her memories, which begin to bloom like wonderful flowers over her hut,” reads the blog. “These flowers are home to butterflies resting to form our new soulmate: Lily, Stella’s younger sister.”

Lily, who is obviously the new spirit for this update, is the only spirit active during the night. “Just as she was a dazzling presence in her big sister’s life, she illuminates the night and lets you go through your boat, even when it’s dark.”

The Beverly update, to be released in the summer of 2021, adds new boat buildings, collectibles, recipes and life improvements. Beverly is the new spirit and is an old neighbor of Stella. She feels lonely and is happy to finally have someone to talk to about the past.

The new station to be launched is called the Archive Room and will allow players to inspect the new type of collection known as Acetate Sheets.

The final update for 2021 is called the Jackie & Daria Update and will be launched in the fall. This update includes a new island to explore, new boat buildings and resources, and a new opportunity.

The new island houses a dilapidated hospital and two new spirits. The spirits are an overworked caretaker named Jackie and their patient Daria. Stella likes to help both and helps them.

We call Spiritfarer the best adventure / puzzle game of 2020. In our review of Spirtfarer we said that it’s a beautiful mix of an action platform and an Animal Crossing-style city manager that stands out as one of the most unique and most enjoyable games I’ve played all year. ‘
