The video posted on TikTok shows an entire plane cheering customers of Southwestern Airways on the applause of a woman accused of violating her federal mask rules.
In the clip posted last week, a woman can be seen a few rows in front of the camera arguing with the flight crew over the refusal to wear her mask.
“It’s better to get off,” mutters a man in the background as the woman, wearing a mask in the cut, hysterically denies covering her face.
“You say I did not listen and put on my mask when you asked me?” she asks another person who is not visible to the camera. “Are you saying seriously that I did not wear my mask when you asked me?”
‘You! Is! A liar, ‘she shouts – but is quickly drowned by evil and’ Bees’ from the passengers.
“Get off the plane,” someone shouted. When the woman got up to go out, the crowd cheered. She throws them the middle finger in response before climbing with a male partner.
“I hope you’re alone, mate!” shouted one of the men on the plane.
After the woman went out, another woman appeared from behind where the air hostesses were standing – and danced a bit.
The video was posted five days ago by user B_elder56 with the caption #karen.
A spokesperson for Suidwes said the airline could not provide information about the situation without knowing the date and flight number.
