Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler may be done with reality TV for now, but they’re still getting serious airtime in at least one show: ‘Southern Charm’.
In a preview of the reunion episode of this week’s Bravo series, the two “Very Cavallari” stars came to the fore when Madison LeCroy and ex Austen Kroll reprinted their messy split.
“You commented on Kristin Cavallari’s f-king picture because you hate that we’re friends now,” Craig Conover exclaimed. “Kristin slipped into my DMs like two months ago, I was like, ‘I have a girlfriend, blah blah blah’ and she came to town. Austen and I both became friends with her.”
Host Andy Cohen wondered if Kroll was dating Cavallari, to which he replied, “No, Andy, I’m not.” When LeCroy claims that Cutler actually reaches out to her via DM, both boys call ‘bull’ on their costar.
Do you want to see the messages? Give me one second, ‘says Madison, as Cohen prepares to read it aloud. “It’s all revenge,” Kroll says, “it’s so ridiculous Andy.”
When he looked at LeCroy’s phone, he started reading some of the alleged messages Cutler was sending to her side.
“So this is the DM. It’s Jay Cutler asking what the top three restaurants in Charleston are. [are]. She said, “Are you asking this because your ex sent the same DM to my ex?” So he said, ‘Haha, did she? I do not like her, ‘says Andy. And then she recommends a restaurant. She said: “I would guess we will have to test more.” It’s flirty with a waving emoji. And then she said, “When are you coming?” He said, “Tomorrow,” and then she said, “Do you want to get on the boat?”
At that point, she takes back her phone because Cohen defends LeCroy’s actions by saying, “She’s a single person and this hot guy reached out to her.” Madison added: “Do not be angry about it!”
The preview ends with Andy asking Craig, “Why are you so upset when she’s going on with Jay Cutler?”

Both Cavallari and Cutler and LeCroy and Kroll divorced in 2020 before Cavallari was spotted with Kroll and Conover in Charleston with her BFF Justin Anderson. LeCroy commented on all of their social media posts and apparently made contact with Cutler. After the reunion, Cavallari, Anderson, Conover and Kroll all hung out in Nashville before LeCroy rumored that she and Culter might be something.
Social media inflated the situation again in January, after Madison apparently mocked Cavallari’s parenting choices during an Instagram Live. This led to Cutler and Cavallari posting a photo together saying, ‘The world is full of users’ – and LeCroy shared more text messages she claimed between her and Jay. Cutler did not respond directly to any drama.
