Part of what she said, and which the FBI took note of, was that she would shoot any agent if they showed up at her house.

According to the arrest warrant, on January 16, 2021, the FBI received an online tip to the National Threat Operations Center that a woman, later identified as Kaye, claimed she was in The Capitol on January 6, 2021.

The FBI has discovered that Kaye uses Facebook and two other social media online platforms, Instagram and TikTok.

Two FBI agents contacted Kaye and told her they were interested in questioning her about her trip to Washington, DC. She denied that she was in the area, but said she was aware of individuals who did travel there.

Then she let it rip on social media.

In a few days after the call of agents, Kaye, according to the FBI, uploaded a video with the caption “(Explective) the FBI!”

‘Do you think I’ll (explicitly) allow you to come and talk to me? I’m an American. I know my (explicit) rights. ”

She then told her audience that she would not speak to the FBI without a lawyer and that she would “use her second right of amendment to shoot you (explicit a **) if you come here.” According to FBI agents, Kaye uploaded the video to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

“My first right of amendment on freedom of speech. My second amendment ready to carry a gun to shoot you (explicitly a **) when you come to my house. So you, if you follow me, I do not even care. I’m glad you know who I am mom *****! ”)

Kaye was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 17 and had her first appearance before a federal magistrate. A mortgage hearing is scheduled for February 24, 2021.
